This Regulation specifies the requirements to be met to obtain the licence for producing foodstuffs and regulates the issue procedure. Applications must be submitted to the competent Regional Directorate of Agricultural and Food. Applicants must submit documentation on equipment, technological processes, raw and auxiliary materials used, characteristics of food labelling and packaging, storage conditions, waste management and other information as required for specific products.
