This Order creates a credit system for agricultural sector. It consists of 3 articles and 2 annexes establishing the conditions to be satisfied in order to benefit from financial assistance in agricultural sector within the district areas (specified in the annex 1) for potato, cherry, tomato and mellon cultivations, injured by rains occurred between 1 April and 1 May 2000. Annex 2 regulates the issuing of financial assistance to the aforementioned plant species cultivation.
