This Order establishes temporary financial assistance (from 1994 to 1999) to construction and modernization of fishing vessels and equipments in order to improve fish catch. It establishes the requirements to be met for obtaining such assistance and lists (in annex) fishing vessels standards (construction and modernization) specifying in detail all requirements to be satisfied by vessels.
