This Order establishes temporary financial assistance (from 1994 to 1999) to fishing vessels which terminate their activity. It establishes the requirements to be met for obtaining such assistance and lists (in annex) fishing vessels standards specifying in detail all requirements to be satisfied by vessels. It also prescribes requirements for obtaining financial incentives, obligations to be met by beneficiaries, etc.
