This Order regulates technical and financial assistance to modernization of port infrastructures in order to improve fishing activity. It establishes a temporary assistance regime for such activity from 1994 to 1999 and prescribes requirements for obtaining financial incentives, obligations to be met by beneficiaries, etc.
