This Order establishes the modalities by which the Federal Agency on Subsoil Management shall review applications for the concession of plots of subsoil for exploration. The following types of subsoil shall be subject to concession for exploration: (a) public land, the exploration of which shall be carried out at public expense; and (b) land inserted in the official list of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the exploration of which shall be carried out by subsoil managers at their own expense.
