This Order sets forth the procedure for conservation obligation of the territory of protected areas related to territories and objects of National Reserve Fund of national and local significance. Conservation obligation shall be legalized in the form of contract envisaging transfer of the territory or objects located on protected territory pertaining to the National Reserve Fund containing the list of obligations to ensure compliance with the established regime of protection and conservation.
