Order No. 652 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on the procedure for use of livestock in agriculture.

This Order establishes that the procedure shall be applicable to the owners of agricultural animals (livestock). The scope of this Order shall be prevention of cruelty to livestock with a view of protection of animal welfare, prohibition of cruel methods of slaughtering and pre-slaughtering treatment of livestock and application of legal and administrative proceedings against owners of livestock violating the aforesaid provisions related to protection of animal rights.
