The Ministry of Agriculture and Food orders to consider null and void paragraph 4 of the Order No. 315 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in accordance with the Ruling No. GKPI98-373 of 16 September 1998 from the date of entry into force of the aforesaid Ruling (i.e. from 16 September 1998).
