This Order sets out procedures, terms and conditions for the issuance of authorizations to discharge pollutants along with effluent waste water into water bodies. Authorized discharge levels shall be established separately for different operations. Applicants shall submit the following to the Russian Technical Supervision (ROSTEHNADZOR): (a) an application containing complete data (name, organizational and legal form, and state registration as legal person); (b) location of proposed discharge of
