This Order regulates fisheries in the internal waterbodies of the Russian Federation, including internal sea, territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ, and also in the Caspian sea and the Sea of Azov. Fisheries for research purposes shall be carried out in accordance with fishing permits issued by the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service and within the limits of quotas set for the Russian Federation in the fishing areas covered by the international conventions. The purpose of fisheries
