This Procedure determines the planning and application of planned and unscheduled state supervision (control) arrangements on verification of compliance of the subjects of economic activities (business entities) with the legislative requirements in the sphere of seeds and planting material, organizational arrangements to be taken before commencing inspections, general requirements for their application, as well as requirements for the registration of materials on the results of inspections.
