The Deputy Minister, for the purpose of improvement of forest fire prevention and the sanitary state of forests, and also for timely reforestation, orders to establish that the deadline for the transportation of timber from felling areas where the felling period according to the felling licence expires by 31 December shall be set annually by 15 March of the next year. If the felling licence envisages other deadlines for felling periods the terms of transportation of timber must not exceed two mo
