The following items of the Regulation must be amended. Item 2.1.1 of the paragraph 2 acquires a new wording that reads as follows: “Inspection must be carried out in accordance with planned schedule and envisages the analysis of the activity of the juridical person authorized to carry out activity of active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes as regards the fulfilment of licensing conditions and requirements, instructions and norms regulating the aforesaid work.
