Forest declaration shall be submitted annually a month before the beginning of a calendar year subject to declaration to the state executive bodies or to the local self-government by the forest managers who have been allotted plots of forest for permanent (open-ended) management or on lease. Forest declaration must contain data on all types of forest management envisaged by lease contract and forest management project. Data on types and amount of timber extraction and harvest of soft resin shall
