Order No. 760 on subsidies for electricity produced by decentralized heat and power.

This Order provides guidelines on subsidies for electricity production of decentralized heat and power generation plants using waste, natural gas, biogas or both natural gas and biogas as fuel as specified in article 58 and 58a of the Electricity Supply Act. Energinet.dk is the entity/authority which shall decide on administrative legal issues (including appeals).
