The Regulation shall be used for guidance by the competent authority, the State Committee for Environmental Protection and its territorial branches, for issuing permits for transboundary (transit) movement of hazardous waste. The aforesaid permit is the basic document for issuing import-export licences. Environmental audit of the documentation and conditions for carrying out transboundary movement of hazardous waste shall be executed within the terms established by law. Annex 1 contains the form
