This Order validates the form of administrative licence for certain transactions regarding endangered species recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation. Such transactions shall include hunting, capturing, or keeping in captivity endangered species, as well as the release of species bred in captivity for the purpose of stock enhancement and repopulation. Administrative licences shall be registered by the territorial branch of the authorized state environmental institution.
