This Law aims to ensure pollution reduction from livestock, including production, storage and use of manure and silage thereof. It applies to stables and the similar for animals kept for commercial purposes setting regulations on the establishment of such husbandry operations (construction, sizes, wastewater, equipment etc.). Excluded from this Law are shops with ordinary domestic pet shops, zoos, wildlife parks, experimental stables and export isolation stables.
