This Order validates the list of aquatic biological resources industrial fisheries, artisanal and sport fishing of which, and also protection thereof shall not be carried out by the regional authorities. The list contains Russian and Latin names for: (a) freshwater fishes; (b) marine fishes; (c) marine mammals; (d) invertebrates, including crustaceans, molluscs; and (e) algae.
