This Order approves the Regulation of producers and distributors of forestry seed associations. This Regulation consists of 6 articles approving the Statute of said producers and distributors of forestry planting materials and establishes the requirements to be met in order to obtain an authorization to perform the aforementioned activities. The entities interested in obtaining such authorization have to apply to the General Directorate of Forests (DGF).
