This Order, composed of 17 articles and four Annexes, aims at regulating sport fisheries in inland waters and marine water. It rules on fishing restrictions, authorised vessels and fishing gears. Moreover, it requires special authorizations, licensing procedures and provides limits to the daily capture. Finaly, it defines control and monitoring procedures. The Annexes provide lists of the protected fish and crustaceous species, their sizes and the registry map.
