Federal Geological and Industrial Supervision decrees to validate the Regulation on the protection of subsoil in the course of elaboration of technological schemes of the abstraction of mineral water. Technological schemes include projects of well sinking for te purpose of exploration and valuation of the stock of mineral water and must envisage protective measures for the purpose of prevention of the pollution and exhaustion of the stocks of mineral water.
