The Minister of Agriculture and Food orders to validate the definitive scheme of state management in the field of land reclamation (in accordance with the Annex 1) and the list of the territorial institutions in the field of land reclamation attached to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food set up by agreement with the territorial administration (in accordance with the Annex 2). The Minister orders to establish that territorial institutions in the field of land reclamation carry out functions of
