Regional Forestry Institutions must ratify this Regulation and implement it within their jurisdiction. The Regulation consists of 5 Sections and contains 3 Annexes. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 establishes the requirements for the physical and juridical persons. Section 3 regards the modalities of issuing certificates. Section 4 establishes the range of action of certificate. Section 5 regards the modalities of suspension and annulment of the certificate.
