This Order approves the Regulation for the Hydro-Agricultural Management and Infrastructures, Measure 4 of the Programme 'AGRO'. This Regulation consist of 14 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from a financial assistance for the construction and management of waterworks with various purposes, such as: irrigation, soil protection against flood, underwater captation, etc.
