Order No. 94-A/2001 approving the Regulation for applying the Agricultural Land Reforestation in the Rural Development Programme - RURIS.

This Order approves the Regulation for applying the Agricultural Land Reforestation within the Rural Development Programme - RURIS. The Regulation consists of 16 articles, whose main objective is to establish the regime for the financial assistance to the aforementioned sector and in particular to the reforestation of agricultural areas and to promote forestry development. Requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from these incentives are specified in the text.
