This Order establishes the following modalities for issuing licences for the collection, use, recycling, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste: (a) registration of applications and applicants; (b) examination of applications; (c) legalization and registration of licences and issuing the relevant documentation, or denial of the application; (d) renewal, suspension, withdrawal and revocation of licences; (e) enforcement of licensing terms and conditions; (f) forming and keeping the Integr
