This Order establishes the licensing procedures for the: storage, treatment, valorization and disposal of industrial, urban an other residues in order to avoid environmental pollution. It consists of 8 points and 2 annexes specifying all the requirements to be met in order to obtain a licence for performing the aforementioned activity (including landfill management).
