The Order sets regulations concerning the authorization, registration and control of aquaculture facilities and their operation - followed by the certification for good-health status in adherence to EU regulations. Authorization to operate shall be granted by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration following thorough inspection and control of possible epidomologic and transmissable diseases cases detrimental to the aquaculture production and trade (also infectious pancreatic necrosis (IPN)
