President of the Federal Survey on Nuclear and Radioactive Safety orders to validate and enact from the 1st of January 2001 the Regulation that regards nuclear power station subordinated to the Ministry of Nuclear Energy. This Regulation establishes the modalities of issuing by the Federal Survey on Nuclear and Radioactive Safety permits for carrying out some types of activity by some categories of workers of the nuclear power stations.
