First deputy president of the Federal Fisheries Committee orders that in case of achievement of an agreement in principle with the regions of the Russian Federation responsible for examining the proposals regarding amendments and addenda to the regional quotas within total allowable catch (harvest) of some species of aquatic biodiversity they must be validated in accordance with the established modalities.
