The President of the State Committee on Land Policy, for the purpose of carrying out the arrangements envisaged by the Federal Special Program "Development of land reform in the Russian Federation for the period of 1999-2002", orders to validate the General Plan of the activity of the Committee concerning realization of the above-mentioned Program. The heads of the divisions of the State Committee on Land Policy are authorized to elaborate the respective general plans of the activity for the rea
