The President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of regulation of the examination of the requests forwarded to the Federal Fisheries Committee by fishing organizations of various form of property regarding amendments and addenda to the fisheries regulations currently in force concerning inland freshwater basins, inland sea, territorial sea as well as the Caspian Sea and the Azov Sea, orders to validate the present Regulation.
