The Minister orders to validate the Regulation. The Ministry of Natural resources or its territorial branch jointly with Regional Executive Body makes decision regarding the concession of the right of use of the plot of subsoil. The Ministry of Natural resources or its territorial branches carry out preparation of the materials regarding concession of licences for the use of the plots of subsoil and their examination.
