The Minister orders to validate the Regulation. This Regulation establishes common requirements for trade and transportation of seeds of agricultural plants. The provisions of the Regulation regard physical and juridical persons irrespectively of the form of property and departmental subordination that are carrying out activity in the field of seed growing.
