This Order prescribes the form of a notice by a water officer for purposes of section 56 of the Water Act. Section 56 stipulates that, a Water Officer who is satisfied that public water is being fouled or polluted, shall in the prescribed form, call upon the person responsible therefor to take adequate measures to prevent such fouling or pollution within a specified period.
