This Order states that, in pursuance of clause 20 of the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985, the Central Government hereby fixes the specifications of Potassium Magnesium Sulphate (30:10:17) to be imported into India for a period of two years from the date of publication of this notification, in the Official Gazette, for the purpose of sale of the same in India, for use in agriculture.
