This Order, consisting of 18 articles and 5 Annexes, establishes the List of Invasive Alien Species of Rio Grande do Sul and other classifications. It recognizes as invasive alien species in the State, species of flora, fauna and other related animals specified in list A, composed by the following Annexes: 1 Flora, 2 Terrestrial vertebrates, 3 Fish, 4 Invertebrates, 5 Algae. It prohibits the following activities: cultivation, introduction, release, dissemination in the wild of any invasive alien
