The Ordinance sets rules with what concerns energy infrastructures and their inspection performed by competent authorities. Information thereof shall be submitted with the purpose of setting deadlines in respect of categories of energy infrastructure as set out in Annex II, paragraphs 1 and 2 of European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No 347/2013.
