The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the organization and management of the Construction and Environment Office. Article 1 establishes, inter alia, the following Departments: Land Use Planning Office, Environment Protection and Energy Office, Construction Inspection Office, Air Hygiene Office of both Basel.
