The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance 2003 (BGBl. II No. 477/2003). In particular, it adds article 11a on Cadmium and cadmium compounds; article 17a on Nickel; article 18a on Toluol and trichlorbenzol; article 24 dealing with the implementation of EU-directives, and article 25a concerning information procedures. Moreover, the Ordinance amends Annex A, C and F.
