The present Ordinance amends the Compulsory Waste Treatment Ordinance (Bible. II No. 459/2004). In particular, it adds paragraph 5 and 6 to article 3 dealing respectively with organic compounds and volatile organic compounds; it amends article 12 concerning lamps and their treatment; and it adds article 30 on notification.
