The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Contaminants Analysis Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 433/2004). In particular, it amends article 1 concerning sphere of application; article 2 relating to sampling methods; article 3 concerning methods of analysis; article 4 dealing with definition of terms; article 5 repealing certain Ordinances; article 6 concerning implementation of EU directives. Moreover, the present Ordinance repeals articles 7 to 9 of the above mentioned Ordinance.
