Ordinance amending the Dairy Sector Merger Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Dairy Sector Merger Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 343/2012). The Ordinance amends article 1 dealing with the implementation of EU provisions; article 7 on recognition of producer organizations and recognition of associations of producer organizations. Furthermore, article 5a concerning contract negotiations is added. The text consists of 5 articles.
