The present Ordinance amends the Drinking Water Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 304/2001). In particular, it amends, inter alia, article 1 dealing with mineral water; article 2 concerning the definition of “water”; article 3 relating to minimum hygienic requirements; article 5 on monitoring the quality of water and article 7 on water supply.
