The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Emission Trade Ordinance 2020 of 20 August 2013 (BGBl. I p. 3295). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, Part 5 dealing with fees and costs for official acts of testing authorities and Parts 6 laying down provisions relating to transitional and final provisions. The text consists of 3 articles.
