The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources makes minor amendments to the First Waste Water Emissin Ordinance (BGBl. No. 210/1996). A paragraph 3a is added to article 5 dealing with monitoring of waste water containing polluting substances; an article 6 specifying the implementation of community directives is also added.
