The above-mentioned Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Women and Consumer Protection introduces some amendments to the Maximum Value Residue Ordinance (BGBl. No. 747/1995). Inter alia, an article 7 is added relating to the implementation of Community Directives into Austrian legislation.
