An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Women and Consumer Protection to amend the Milk Hygiene Ordinance (BGBl. No. 897/1993). Article 1(1), shall be amended. Said article deals with sphere of application of this Ordinance: it does not apply to producers of icecream. Moreover, article 10(3), on production of raw milk, article 12(4) on control of milk producing and processing plants by competent regional authorities, and, finally, Annex A, on production of cheese, are amended.
